How do you quickly determine firearm/projectile weapon accuracy for a RPG?

What if you had a system where you had success CATEGORIES for the roll:

A = aimed/called target shot success - special damage + special effect (head shot, groin, heart, hand/disarm)
E = aimed/called area shot success - normal damage + special effect (arm, leg, shoulder)
B = body hit - normal damage
P = peripheral hit - lower damage
G = grazing hit - miniscule damage
N = near miss
M = miss
F = fumble

% chances for categories would be per weapon


- distance
+ weapon mods (scopes, etc.)
+ skill
+/- relative size of target

Example min rolls for each category, based on a human target, normal range, standard skill level:
